Quiz: Bump Above Left Eye

An 18-month-old boy presents with a “bump” above his left eye.  His mother states that she just recently noticed this, but looking at old photos, she thinks that it could have been present for several months.  He is perfectly healthy and without any symptoms. Upon examination, the child’s eyes seem otherwise normal.  The mass sits on the left anterior orbital rim and is firm and “rubbery” to palpation but can be moved slightly under what appears to be normal skin.
