Quiz: Metastatic Adenocarcinoma

A 71-year-old female with a history of adenocarcinoma of the lung presents with a 3-week history of decreased vision in the left eye. These color images are positron emission tomography (PET) scans of her chest. The arrow in the first image points to the mass in the upper lobe of her left lung. Visual acuities are 6/9.5 right eye and 6/19 left eye. Intraocular pressures are normal, corneas are clear, anterior chambers are normal.
